Wedding at The Monterey Clement Hotel

Doris and Jeff’s beautiful Monterey, CA wedding and reception took place at the classy Intercontinental Monterey Clement Hotel located next door to the Monterey Bay Aquarium in the historic Cannery Row district which is full of a rich history and memorialized in the famous novel by John Steinbeck, “Cannery Row”.
Family and friends gathered together on a pristine summer afternoon with oceans views and brilliant skies to witness Doris and Jeff enter into their new life together.

Rosana And Jay's Wedding

A few weeks back I got to travel to Carmel Valley for the Wedding of Rosana and Jay. It was an intimate affair held at the family home in the valley. It was neat to see so many friends together in one place, many people going back to grade school. There was a little cowboy theme going on and boy oh boy can those Valley girls tear it up. There was always a happy line at the whiskey fountain and plenty of hay bales to sit back on and enjoy the hot sun and ocean breezes. Click here to see more pictures on Facebook

A feature article I wrote makes the Local Amanac Newspaper

I'm excited the Almanac ran this article in the family section as I wanted to share some insights I have into creating the best pictures possible with whatever type of camera you have.

It's a little bit of a celebration for me as well because I was recently named the "Top Environmental Portrait Photographer Of The Year" in the San Francisco Bay Area by the Professional Photographers Of The Greater Bay Area.

A great little baby boy!!

During this busy wedding season it's fun to slow down and try to make friends with a twelve week old. I confess, it was pretty easy to do with this little guy! Of course I do have some practice as I have two little guys in diapers myself.
It's always easier to photograph a baby in his own environment which held true for this little guy at his family home in Los Altos Hills.

Autumn and Ron's Wedding

I always enjoy new places and faces. The wedding between Autumn and Ron was at a unique venue in Felton Ca. at Quail Hollow Ranch Preserve.
